CRYPTO-BACKED LOANS

The first and the most important product HODL Finance is focused at the time of launch is crypto-backed loans. A crypto-backed loan is similar to a regular secured loan, where a borrowed amount of money is expected to be paid for interest. The only difference is that cryptocurrency or other crypto-asset are provided as collateral. The lender can repossess the collateral in the case of default.

In addition to the most popular cryptocurrencies, like BTC and ETH, our partners' tokens will be also accepted as collateral to get loans from HODL Finance. Token holders will be able to collect a crypto-backed loan by providing token instead of crypto-currency as collateral.

DIGITAL ASSETS-BACKED LOANS

It is possible to tokenize pretty much any asset. Such assets that are not physical in nature, for instance, trademarks or copyrights etc. are easier to tokenize. It is also easier to combine them with digital blockchain-based systems. These assets will also be accepted as forms of collateral in the future. And this is not the end!
