So... your "team has chosen" or "outsourced", which is it? And why investigate if this is all extra kosher according to you?

We strictly want to have our own written terms and conditions and all the content but our team member copied some parts and gave the explanation which I mentioned, please bear with us and give us 24 hours to answer all your questions, being a fair project we are not going to hide anywhere.
