That's a valid concern, and true for many other states in the USA. But the unit prices in Orlando/Florida are cheaper than the values in 2008 (crisis start). In addition, tourism is an important business in Orlando, with ~72 millions of tourists in 2017 (https://www.orlandoweekly.com/Blogs/archives/2018/05/10/orlando-experienced-a-record-72-million-tourists-in-2017), thus a resort hotel project like ours is easier to sustain.
