There are issues with using VPNs all the time. Problem is that most of the ones that accept Bitcoin usually have hundreds of other Bitcoin gamblers which all login to the same site using the same IP.

This is bad because it's usually against the terms and you can have your account frozen.

Some sites allow this however because they generate income. So you might get away with this.

Now if you make a few different accounts and use a different VPN from each but your BTC deposit source is the same, you can get your account frozen this way also. Since you made multiple accounts just to claim the bonus.

It does seem like a lot of these sports books still want to know exactly who you are in some way shape or form. Unless gambling in your jurisdiction is illegal, Im finding it hard to understand why anyone would trust a lot of these bitcoin only books that dont have much of a reputation with your personal information.
