Don't drop comments like, "nice post" or "follow back". Read a post to the end and share your thoughts. They are humans like you and they will like to connect with you if you show them the need to connect with you.

Don't pay people to follow you because at the end of the day you will be the one to lose money. Make genuine friends by being a genuine friend yourself and also make your blog interesting to visit.
