Indeed. Most of the ICO from this year's turned out to be scam, so you never really tell which good ICOs are. Basing on their rating from different ICO rating platforms don't necessarily reflect when they run they sales, sometimes those with high rating and much hype around them don't get anything from their sales and ending up failures and vice versa.
