1. Company is Incorporated in both Dubai UAE, and Makati Philippines
2. We have raised 150,000 USD in total to do the following
   - working capital
   - additional activity incorporation
   - development and marketin
3. Well questions that most company that were asked every time. We cannot guarantee nor promise any exchange names. We are approaching everyone and get their thoughts about our company and products. We can only announce if there is a certainty that we will get listed in a particular exchange
