Totally Mate, I know personaly Venture fund that visited blockchain party only by reguest from ICO Founders, and only for 10 minits, Actually who are really invested from 100 BTC that investor has a team

Four sure, I have been in one of Team, as Financial Advisor, and did Analises for projects, and we checked many ICOs daily, I even don't talk about scam cos many are good ICOs with simpe idea couldn't achive a soft cap, and not many with inovative idea and investors support achived.

Yes there are many aspects which has influence, and Marketing is last of them for achiving investors, you need marketing after Prodact is ready for promoting it, There are many interested ways, for example taxi uber, I can tell you more about it, full storytelling about how they achived potential customers and end clients.
