Yes the coin is physical without BTC attached. It's a souvenir/gift because you were from the first people that placed a bet. But the prize will be real 1BTC..
I know that it may look suspicious and many people will think it's a scam like you. But when we give the 1BTC to the person that bet 0.01BTC it will be a priceless moment for him and us if he shares. Grin
