Here's what you need to catch the airdrop:
1. Ethereum Wallet: Not a wallet on the exchange. That should be a personal address compatible with ERC20 because most tokens are airdrop token ERC20, the original ICO based on Ethereum. I suggest using MetaMask or MyEtherWallet to get started right away, but in the long run I recommend creating a purse like Ledger Nano S.
2. Ethereum Wallet must be ACTIVE. Actually I mean you have to show at least the person using the wallet.
