That could be true but those who have been in the industry for a long time most likely are getting decent pays ($$$) unless they're nuts to love their job so getting such small fee is not a big deal

I feel like you neglected to mention another type of person, unless of course that includes the OP. I think paying for porn is like paying for paying for music or movies. You can download all of that via torrents. Some people just actually feel that it's important to pay to support the production.

In terms of how much money porn actors make, of course there are people taking advantage of others all over the world, in and out of porn. For the most part, professional porn actors make pretty decent money. I'm sure the companies they work for make more money, but what business doesn't work like that. In regards to porn stars committing suicide, I think that a much more complicated issue. I think money is far from the main reason that's happening.
