They can be burned up to a maximum amount of 20% of the initial supply of 300,000,000 crystals.

I see. What about remaining 2% of Foleum Crystals?

The profit-sharing proceeds from the remaining
2% of the reserve FOL crystals will also be used to buy back FOL but the repurchased FOL will not be burned and will
instead be added to the Project reserve.

Maybe you know, Foleum plan to hire new members in the future?
