The First DEX Registered With FinCEN

Right before the end of 2018, DINNGO took a huge step towards its commitment of being a fully-regulated and legally-compliant company in the cryptocurrency space by registering as Money Service Business (MSB) with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) in the United States.

As the financial services marketplace continues to expand and evolve, the implementation of strong regulatory safeguards becomes critical for consumer protection. Whether or not the regulations will have positive or negative impacts on innovation and crypto business, DINNGO has a firm belief that the easiest and most acceptable way of bringing cryptocurrencies to mass adoption is to comply with laws and regulations.
