I thing no advantage collecting subscriber like these spam, all subscriber are not niche targeted, no one will view video, people will subscribe with multiple account for $3. But he will get all fake subscriber in last.

It better to spend some money and do proper social media marketing, and keyword target seo for youtube channel, that will boost youtube channel. I think $3000 budget is enough for marketing.
