What happened:
I've contacted "Georgeola", skype name: manserlizzy about buying one AWS 20 limit account. I've sent payment, after that seller became unresponsive for 2 days and account hasn't been delivered.

After sending payment to the address that has been posted first by "Georgeola" (seen here https://i.imgur.com/DJmP3iG.png), since then he has posted another BTC address for no reason (seen here: https://imgur.com/P05kCVF.png) in the chat after I've warned him about reporting him if account wouldn't be delivered.
