They still didn't paid. Long time ago Coinpot stopped paying to users who are claiming with coin address from Moon faucets (BTC, LTC and DOGE) without having Coinpot account. If you're using email address of your Coinpot account, they are paying after you make request without any issues usually.

Ooo I see, it mean the options only link wallet address to Coinpot full account and request from there, thanks to let me know.
