Currently we don't use decentralized in Mix.Rent ecosystem. But in the future decentralized will core of our system.
Why does it better?

All terms of transactions (information on renters and owners, ratings, history, and timelines) are reflected in smart- contracts in decentralized blockchain. All parties of the agreement are protected from fraud. As a consequence of owing to the integration of smart contracts in decentralized blockchain, transactions are secure and independent.

At the same time, details about vehicle owners, renters, service community members, and each transport unit have ratings that are reflected in the decentralized blockchain. These ratings cannot be changed or tampered and are formed as a result of each transaction.

Upon disagreement of one of the transaction parties, a dispute is regulated by decentralized arbitrage within the digital jurisdiction. The user sends a request to the decentralized arbitrage to have the problem solved in the most efficient manner possible. The data are exported from the blockchain and sent as an application to 300 referees who will have passed KYC and qualification tests. The first 10 referees who respond are assigned to the application. The decision on each transaction is taken by multiple voices anonymously.
