Personally I think that even 1-2% activated addresses is very positive scenario and only lvl 2 total fees would be 1200-2400 ETH, and minimum 50% would activate lvl 3.

Or even less than 1 %... Many registered thousands of addresses, so divided by at least 1000 means 0,1 %...

I think less than 1 % will activate genesis addresses at the very start... let`s wait and see...

I registered about 20 addresses because Minereum was talking about an example of 0,025 activation fee the first time...
