Blaming the Ethereum network (as support did) doesn't help addressing properly the fact that I've lost money by using the Bancor app.

Hi Robert. Thanks for supporting Bancor. Sorry that you've had this issue. I'm sure that if you reach out to support again with this context, they'll take a closer look and escalate it to the devs. Have you reached out in the Telegram group also? It's not be best channels for tech support, but they may be able to offer some assistance.
