First of all my qualification for saying all of this below

10 years of being a pickup artist student and putting everything I say into practice almost daily, traveling globally and doing pickup in each country. I average being with 30 new women a year. And want to benefit some of you guys with the only real expertise I have in terms of social engineering that being - women.

I have had a few people sign up for my service recently, and I keep running into the same limiting belief.

Their initial belief is

´´´How do I improve my results with women?

- Be Rich
- Be Good Looking
- Have a great body
If I don't have these qualities, I've got no chance with girls.´´

Its a paralyzing belief to have, or they say

´´I need to chase my purpose and the girls will come to me, women are just energy vampires!´´

So lets break all this down

Women are your most real mirror you will stand in front of and the most beneficial

Their beauty sometimes makes us feel like monsters so we push the mirror away, to call women useless or energy vampires is damaging to yourself, women are steroids for changing you for the better, they show you without remorse all your faults (we do the same for them we make them understand their femininity and faults).

They make you understand your masculinity and transition you into a man on a personal level. which effects all other aspects of your life from your personal growth your boundaries to your social calibration and give you the better understand of the differences between male and female thought processes. To hate or avoid women is damaging to yourself, and vicar versa for women, We need each other to grow.

Female psychology & Your view on attraction

Female Psychology is important for mostly understanding what women value in men, or what causes attraction. You can save alot of energy if you learn what it is they want.

as for letting girls chase you, no. This doesn't work, if it does they are mostly gold diggers or low value girls after status.
In pickup we call this provider game, it works. women will fuck you for your wealth or status however you are being played. You are the seller not the buyer. hoping for validation with a doomed relationship from the outset, because the girl also craves seduction, and wether it be next week or 3 years later in the relationship there will be what we call the lover or the seducer that will fill this hole (drum roll) she has felt in her relationship from day one. Usually a work colleague or a one night stand with the barman when she is out with friends or some one like me when I go out for my routine pickup.

Approaching and you being the chooser is the most powerful thing you can do. you have the power to get any girl wether you working in subway or are a ceo.

Sexual Market Value

Obviously your SMV (sexual market value) this starts from your genetics, how you look etc, men put massive emphasis on this but women dont rate looks as highly as men. (thank god) and your status, money, power etc it all plays a part of course. But Women dont put an emphasis on this, I am not a great looking guy and there is plenty of examples of men who are either broke wealth wise or look like they've been hit in the face multiple times with a shovel, and they still are picking up 8 and 9 level women. without external factors such as good genetics or money and status.
Women really care about masculinity, even though in this day and age, it seems like this is getting attacked, women care about men who can lead, who are alpha who can take pressure, who are socially calibrated (AKA Pickup), that's the biggest and most important part of smv,

Pickup Sklls

Avoiding the friend-zone
In Pickup we teach why Its always important to try and be man to woman from the start, do not hide your dick (metaphorically) dont try and be her friend and then be like 2 months down the line. HAVE YOU SEEN ONE OF THESE! then you show her your dick (metaphorically and not) what fucks men up is hiding there intentions, be honest with your intentions, through flirtation from the start
if your becoming constantly friendzoned its because you dont know how to move from just comfortable chit chat to creating attraction and flirtation through conversation, dont be the gay best friend, and listen to all her problems and expect shes going to see you as the best option. it wont work.

Pass her shit tests, hold the frame
Women test this on men during the flirtation period on a subconscious level, they dont even realize they are doing it - they give shit tests, which men interrupt as women being bitches or stuckup but its the most complimentary thing a girl can do to you. Shes testing your frame and wether your as cool as your showing yourself to be, if you pass this shit test or tests she will respect you alot more and take you as a sexual threat.

for example she says

Does that line usually work for you?

your responses could all differ but basically passing this shit test can be done a number of ways, either agree amplify and ignore or just accusing her with an answer
mine would be
Accuse:
"Why are you being so creepy and hitting on me? Im just trying to have a normal
conversation with you."
"Does asking that question usually work for you?"
(In both examples flipping the script and making it look like shes chasing you)
Agree and Amplify:
"Oh, I only use that line or approach on girls Im not interested in."
Yes, especially with girls who ask that question."

There is many methods for dealing with shit tests, but passing them is part of flirting.

Here is another free method I will throw in to improve your results with women that could change your life for the better, remember it!

The concept of push pull: Creating attraction *UPDATED*

Always remember this, when in a relationship or when first flirting with a girl,
this is a saying to remember for life.

(pull) Men advance, women retreat
(push) Men go to leave, women block their exit.

Attraction is created by the push.

If I had to teach a guy only one thing id teach him this concept.
push pull, also called fractionnation.

Its the central theme of pickup which is the most vital concept, without it your either too needy and unfocused, or far too much nice guy/gay best friend.

The essence of push-pull is having intent (the pull) but at the same time having freedom from outcome (push) in your intentions with women,
you want the girl (again the pull) but you dont need her (the push) your playing with the girls emotions like a cat with a shiny ball of string, give the cat the string take it away and watch it chase. it gives massive emotional stimulation to the woman.

Hot and cold, tension building, physical and emotions mixed signals, building comfort and breaking comfort (do you see the pattern/ dance of push pull theory within all these) one step towards her two steps back, Teasing her getting her to chase you. what we call in pickup flipping the script (same thing pimps use for growing their business)
it demonstrates a lack of need, a discriminating attitude you are the king/ judge of what is acceptable an inner confidence of controlling the situation she wants your validation for her needy emotion.

on the micro level you can apply this freedom of outcome with your statements

for example

(the pull) ``Your so adorable...´´ (push) ``like my little sister´´ ( this sort of statement encourages the girl at the pull, but you pushed her away with the push. She will either question the sister part creating more spiked conversation or flat out attraction with her trying to be more than the sister with her reply looking for you validation of accepting the role she wants.

push pull can happen with physicality even

(pull) you touch her and (push) look away, you make out with her heavily (pull), then roll off and watch the rest of the movie(push), you showing non needy behavior will make her chase you more. (i the last example I use this alot for LMR (last minute resitance) when I get a girl to my place but she questions wether she wants to go the full way, I try and take pressure off and let her chase so she mounts me or starts taking her clothes off. If I used Pull to much, she might push me away because of my neediness.

Spiking conversation with Negging (push pull can be applied here)

Attraction is caused by friction. a nice guy agreeing or supplication to her all the time doesn't work because its boring and there is no social spike. you look spineless.
This is why in 100% of approaches we should use push pull technique, this is for example pushing a girl away with statement and then pulling her back in for example

(the push) ´´what animal did you kill for that fluffy coat, I could tell you was crazy.´´ (the pull) ´´But its ok I like crazy girls.´´

Doesn't have to be above statement all the time it can literally be anything, but something that pushes her value down or takes the piss of her alittle bit (dont be a dick and go to far) and then something that pulls her in (or validates your approval) from the first statement. This will help cause attraction because it creates friction.

How To Be a Conversation Ninja *UPDATED*

90/10 Spotlight
Keep the conversation about her most favorite topic - herself!
Even if your speaking make sure its about her. She should be the spotlight of conversation for 90% of the time, yourself for 10% DO NOT BRAG!
about your job, your car, or your big penis. Explore her world. Dont try and solve her problems, just listen and respond with a statement. You dont have to agree with everything she says (teasing and challenging are key parts of attraction as we covered) but never interrupt her. The person who is talking is investing, look at it like points or a bank account the more work she is doing that being talking and investing in your bank she is the one who is more invested than you. (non neediness and you validating her again flipping the script whenever we can) every word that comes out of her mouth is another step towards your bed.

Topics - Passions past and possibility
Avoid negative topics, how you hate your city her exams anything! or any deep topics, dead family members and friends (yours or hers), start with her past relate to wehre she come from, what shes doing now . Move onto what she loves to do aside from work (unless her job is her passion) then take it even wider and find out what the future holds - travel, dreams adventures these are the positive topics you want to feed her with.

Make Statements Instead of questions
Asking a person you've just met lots of questions is the quickest way to kill a conversation. (guy or girl)
Your jumping topics, not letting a conversational thread to build, and grilling the other person like its an interview. By asking a question you're also not showing any of your personality and asking them to do all the work in the conversation.

The Opposite of a question however is a statement. And from now on we will be using these more than questions whenever possible!
When we speak to our friend or our family we generally speak in statements. They display opinions & thoughts and then the other person in the conversation makes a statement about the topic back. It lets the conversation grow.

Instead of asking
´´Where are you from?´´ you can switch it to ´´You look like your from´´

If she replied ´´Italy´´ for example, dont ask a question about italy say something like ´´ When I think of italy I think of amazing food wine romance such a beautiful place´´

Instead of asking
´´What do you do for work´´ you can switch it ´´Im guessing you´re a....´´

The amazing thing about making a statement is the the other person will give you a reply and some information anyway just as if you would have asked the question anyway, but it lets the conversation build and take the pressure off the other person. Its great for kick starting conversations from literately nothing, or when a conversation starts drying up. However once your in an actual conversation its fine to ask questions but the people who over do this be warned!

Open vs Closed Questions

Questions are ok if they´re rooted in the conversational thread, and encourage the conversation to expand eather than contract.
The types of questions men often ask are ´closed´ questions - questions that are specific and get to the point, requiring one word answers e.g.

Q. ´Where do you live in london?

A. Clapham

Q. Clapham North or Clapham South?

A. North

Avoid this! Far better to ask open questions that get the other person talking, and investing. In their replies will be lots of other mini topics that could lead to other conversational threads. e.g.

Q What is it about London that you love?

A. I love the buildings and the history, the culture and the shopping, it feels like Im in a movie.

Look at how many conversational threads we can continue from with this response compared to the first.

Stealth Questions

Hiding a question inside a statement is a super charged way of getting a girl to start talking and opening up. Stealth questions do just that.

I dont know about you, but when I come to London it was all pretty crazy

It must have been so weird traveling by your self through Europe

To the girl, they sounds like a statement but inside the statements are hidden questions that will prompt her to reply without feeling like your interviewing her.

Parroting

Another great technique for getting the girl to carry on talking is to repeat or paraphrase the last few things she says at the end of her sentence, which lets her know you've been listening. It gets her to carry on talking about the thing she was just saying in greater detail.

Girl ´´So I come to England to improve my English and to explore London´´

Guy ´´ hmmm ....to explore London´´

Girl ´´Yea to see if I could live here for a longer time, an to find all the cool things about the city´´
