I would like some opinions of those heavily involved in the crypto space as I have come up with some idea that I think can be very good for Crypto.

In the last bull Run I managed to secure some property as well as build a business,

My idea is to create a STO, (like stock option) where all token holders will profit directly from the real life businesses,

The whole idea behind the ideology is I would like to keep building real life businesses and keep having them listed as STO options , meaning anyone can buy into a real life business and have the appropriate share of profits paid directly to the token holders.

As I understand alot of these projects fail when launching ICOs, however this one would be different as there are already property being worked on Airbnb as well as Booking. so basically token holders would already start receiving profits from day 1.

There are currently 3 properties located right on the beach, and each one runs fulltime with a Airbnb manager .

All financials for the year up to date and available.
All deeds available at request ( we can build this into a LLC or named business )
main Idea is to have the Property go into a trust where all token holders act as (board) members) and can vote on decisions about how the business is run .
or alternatively the properties can remain in the business name with a locked period agreed upon by token holders. basically I would give up the properties over to the token holders.

The funding I would receive for the STO ICO I would then put into another business model and have that up for a STO with token holders from first STO having first option.

The whole idea behind the movement is to make crypto more attractive to the real world by showing how real life businesses can be integrated into blockchain and anyone can put or make a business and have it listed as a STO helping them to put more in and grow this crypto world together .

this also helps the economy where anyone can own a piece of a business along with a fraction of the profits that come along with it , meaning no one has to come up with huge amounts of money just to own a business but instead buy into almost any business at almost any cost .

It has to be important that all and any STO's that launch need to hand over all assets listed in the STO into a trust otherwise this scheme will not work! there needs to be a certain level of trust between token holders and STO creators, that way if for any reason the business does not work the way it intends, the token holders actually own the property or asset as well so their investment is almost 100% guaranteed.

the other thing I wanted to cover was that the STO creator could also add a 20% management fee if he/she runs the company himself, that way giving investors extra confidence that things are going the way they intend, this at the same time will encourage more users to launch more companies bringing more real world into crypo.

I would advise against buying into STO ideas without some realworld working business, however this is crypto and anything is possible if the Idea is good enough.

Basic concept.
find token to use (voting mechanism preferable like DPOS)
calculate value of property and divide up into tokens
Issue tokens as ICO (backed by real business with all paperwork and deeds)
List STO as ICO phase .
once ICO ends, send out tokens,
setup voting mechanism where token holders get paid out in BTC equivalent each month , might need to make a smart contract for this so as tokens get sent on market and off, the accociated btc address with that token gets creditied .
each month end , profits from company need to be listed publicly and moneys sent out to all token holders,
management fee to be made public as well.
