If you have the time to copy-paste the same apology, it means that you are on top of things, but from a tech-savvy POV, you can't do anything.

Might as well pass to H all the responsibility of the tech aspect, since there is a finite number of apologies that can be made in a trustworthy way - it has started to sound like
"I know it's foobared, but I can't do anything about it" a long time ago.

And that's really bad for the brand.
