And that's the flaw in your objection: either loads of people DO bother and the price rises because of lessened supply, or they DON'T bother and I bag loads of BTC from the dividend. Either way, win.

Supply will be much reduced because of this. Also, people narrowly believe that this is the only thing in the pipeline. Wink
