You are going to need a court order and some guidance from Law Enforcement if you want Binance to oblige. Please talk to their support about the legal aspect too for proper guidance. You should be very careful about such service. Whenever you see members pointing out some red flags, do not ignore them. They could save you from losing money.

I actually check the service before deposit money, but this was looking well-designed and I thought $20 is nothing, but it seems like scammers don't care it's small or big amount lol.
