Are you using VPN when playing on Stake? It might be the case for your multiple account issue but I'm just concerned on the duration of this issue and why KYC is still needed for releasing your money while they already concluded you are using multiple account and just allow you to withdraw so that your account willbe closed.

I saw that AskGambler keeps asking for additional evidence for you case. This is a sign that the operator assumption on your case is not that strong but that doesn't mean that they are scam. stake, through its promoters, told people to turn on vpn in case they couldn't play in a certain country. Even its owner promoted it. So that cannot be a reason to steal someone's deposit
