Playing real game vs practice game are really different thing, the pressure is on the online tournament because of so many people that are watching that results of changing the way you play. The main difference between the two is the caring. If you are playing practice game you don't care too much so you can play well without thinking anything, but when you play a match, you care a lot. In fact, you care too much.

You are worried when you make a mistake, every double fault you serve makes you insecure about your next serve and whatever the score is, you manage to interpret it in a negative, fearful way. so in other words you are afraid so it changes the way you play.

To overcome your fear, you need to be confident on yourself, do not think other people reaction if you do a mistake because that Is normal thing, we can do a lot of mistakes. Trust yourself and you will play well.

Well said mate, playing real game vs playing practice game is really different, we cannot apply our plays in practice game to the real game because of being scared and nervous of so many people around us. I think that is the reason why a players get pressured while playing because of the audience thinking that they will not be happy if the player do a mistake.

One thing that they should do to overcome the problem is to ignore all those audience and focus on the game, audience reactions are normal thing, they might be angry or be happy on you because of your performance but one thing for sure, they are nothing at all, so do not mind them and focus on the game.
