MORELO is a community project with ongoing development, this is the reason there is no roadmap at this stage. As you mentioned the whitepaper is an innitial project statement and vision.

Further development and uniqueness will be achieved with the active and continuous participation of our growing community. There are several ideas and endeavors the community is proposing, however at this point nothing solid to make public.
