Anyone offering to sell working amazon or netflix at 100 or 150$ is most probably a scammer. After google revoked nexus 6, one can only get high definition streams with L1 keys. No one with a sane mind would ever sell l1 publicly for a hundred hundred fifty bucks.

Yeap, you are right. My friend was caught by one of these scammers.
