The lawsuit was for Copyright infringement and for defamation, the Judge has granted Dabek with the copyright claim but denied defamation.
Because SAFEX lost it will need to pay approximately $50k in fees.

Will you continue to harass and threatening with legal action anyone who expose your scams?
You declared under oath that you had nothing to do with Dascoin & Netleaders, but evidence show otherwise, do you know that lying in court is illegal and penalties are jail time?

You also declared under oath that the SAFEX marketplace will not sell illegal items, but you said many times it was going to be an "anonymous marketplace"
