Yes,the same problem.
The patch seems not to be working.

I think the supply will remains as 1bil, but the 200mil can't be moved from the lost wallet.

I have the same understanding. the address with 200mil coins just is blocked. But the total supply is still 1bil.

Yeah, from what I've read any attempt to transact using that wallet will be rejected by the network.
