So they sent the transaction with low fees, and then "Doublespend" with high fees or what happened?
you lost 24$ eth value + 25% fees?

The user received a refund with paypal already, we are not interested in impatient clients who chargeback on PayPal or cannot wait for support response.

Indeed, it's a risk selling cryptocurrencies with PayPal but we believe our website allows new users to come into the crypto world without too much headache.
