What voice? I wrote that article and I certainly didn't base it on any of your writings. I've heard of tau-chain because people have made the rapprochement with Tezos before, but that's about it.

Even the 2014 Tezos paper notes that statefulness, not Turing completeness is what makes Ethereum contract special.
