You have no protection with sending BTC, also it's against E-Bay's policy. Also the seller can say you never paid, so he never shipped. Because you have no paypal record. SCAM

I agree unless they are selling $450 Us Paypal and $450 of BTC (~$900 US), Maybe a workaround..
