With this I'm getting 2.72 MH/s now and was only getting 2.1 MH/s

Yeah, using those settings changed nothing, I'm sure there's something wrong with my setup because TC definitely isn't really doing anything. Unfortunately I don't really have enough time to wipe it out atm, will report back if I get it all the work though.
