I've posted about this before with no resolution for Bet Chain and I don't expect much better today. I just want to vent and let other players know about my experience here.

My other posts about this issue were under another bitcoin talk username that was hacked. Ill send support my email address to see what they can do for me. I'll update here.

Maybe the balance was so small that you didn't notice you used it all?
