Oh, I thought he said photos were a problem for their insurance. Either way it's a pretty ridiculous claim. Especially since you helped buy that building. ...and are paying the insurance premiums.

We stood on the grass because there is a major highway exit ramp right next to the sidewalk and we didn't want to get hit by oncoming cars while shooting the video that is why we were standing on their grass. We did not think it was a big deal... lol
