If you think about it, that makes sense. If an account gets locked because admins believe it's been hacked and it has changed hands, it makes sense that the person controlling the account shouldn't be able to read PMs.

We can conclude that there is a difference with permissions between locked and banned accounts. Not that I think a carder who uses stolen credit cards in any way or form should be allowed to stay on this forum (yeah I know scams are not moderated).

Oh, well it looks like you probably won't be able to get the account back. Selling fraudulent things isn't permitted. Only thing I can think of is you petition the admins to show mercy and state a case why you should be unbanned but it's probably futile.
