Hi. I just started mining a few weeks ago, so everything is a bit new to me. Anyway, I found this forum and a lot of good posts helping each other.

I bought a used S17+ a week ago. It has been working just fine and stable until a two days ago.

The problem: After an hour, the hash rate drops suddenly from around 70 to 0 and stays there. Then it is also is listed as offline at Antpool, although it is still connected to the internet. When it is working and hashing normal, the fans are around 2-3000 rpm. But when it goes into 0 TH/s, they spin with 5000+ rpm until I reboot it. When rebooting, it runs fine about an hour again.

I have two older Antminer S9 on the same network, the same pool, and placed the same environment with good air and temperature. The S9s (workhorses) run constantly 24/7 without any problems or drops in the hash rate.
