In the crypto world, almost anything is possible. From what I understand the project didn't even carry out an ICO. And there are a lot of projects that look like dead reappearing. So who knows?

I believe they are waiting for the right timing, they cannot get a good investment at this moment because people are not interested
at investing in crypto as you can see at the price now. I just hope they'll start the ICO once the bull starts.

This may be a good choice, but investors and markets are feeling less confident.
