It is not in the matter of people disliking your service offers. It is just that it is somehow unethical to let people gain advice online yet with a cost. This idea (for my side as I've been through some shit and anxiety), is somehow offensive as our mental health and a person to lean on do cost a mere 10usd to heal and even made it limited to certain chats. Stop capitalizing the mental health and one's struggles just for your profit. Yes, nobody is forced, yet every people with some mental health issues and struggles can and might currently be offended with the idea of "paid mental healing".

Like I have mentioned before there are plenty of similar services already available on the market - more expensive as well. I also think you may be exaggerating a bit, so I need to repeat myself - I am not offering any professional psychological advice! Having a chatting buddy does not mean that I will handle all your mental issues. I do not really see how paying for a chat buddy is unethical like you have mentioned - I am not promising anything, just a conversation
