Really this time I was disappointed, they usually help and I was happy, I thought c-cex support was the best one.
One of their reply was this: "Hello! As we understood you correctly - you want to remove your account permanently from C-CEX. Is that right? I'm telling them that the remove 2FA is not working and the answer was removing my account with my money, it's really terrible.

I have same problem and got same reply last week, they asked me if I want to remove my account Huh

but then they told me to go to this link https://c-cex.com/?id=remove2fa but I still can't remove 2FA from my account and support always full Undecided
