They have a list of supported BNB faucets that will directly pay to your account. I have no idea how much is minimum withdrawal amount. You may give it a try, if you care that much about the swapping transaction, dont waste time on that faucets. Buy it or find someone can help you with that.

However I'm user of Polygon Network, and I know at least one faucet that give some pennies that is enough to make one swap transaction

I knew about satoshis faucets, and their rules are like, stay with us several weeks, to get at least something.

Yeah in that particular situation I would just better find anoter solution
