You could be using a deprecated version of the wallets. I suggest downloading the latest Agama version (25) and once installed you should be able to use the same wallet files. Before you install a new version please make sure you take a backup of your wallet.dat. The error you are seeing could be due to a corrupted DB. Therefore a resynch should be done on the new wallet. hi, thank you. that worked. i finally see kmd in ballance.

but still not fully synced,,, and sync is very slow. i have like 30minutes of just starting and then 30 minutes of syncing and then i have to restart wallet// like 10-15 times a day. error i get now is: "Error reading KMD stdout"
