Yes, we do see reviews, complaints and completely understand your frustration and scepticism in regards to this review site. Regarding complaints we would kindly advise you to not focus on them as almost all of them were closed with no replies from the players and most of them have only one message that means the situation was resolved. And/or those may have been created intentionally to frighten some players away (We are used to seeing this behavior against other casinos as well)

casino.guro is one of the few sites that have more honest reviews so when casino.guro puts a notice saying that your casino some clauses of your TOS are considered unfair by them then it means that casino.guro analyzed your TOS very well and from the experience they have in dealing with many casinos they must have realized the great danger of people using your casino so what are you doing to reverse this situation? because from what I see this notice that was placed on casino.guro was not placed a few days ago, and something that has been there for a long time

and your case is doing nothing to change that, I suppose it is something unimportant for your casino in your opinion, but I hope people read this warning and do not put money in your casino because they could risk losing everything, and the worst part and they lose everything because they couldn't withdraw because your casino will say that they broke the TOS, I hope that you can resolve people's complaints and also the allegations of the user who posted above my post, the accusations that @rafanaldo7 are serious, although it is just a recently created account and with 1 post what he said is something serious that hardly anyone can ignore and dare to test by creating an account in your casino to see if he speaks the truth
