Also, what is wrong with a country having access to high quality and universal healthcare? Most of the countries in Europe do and even Japan, who happen to have very high standards of living. In general people are happier when they can count on having access to healthcare.

I have a friend who explained to me that he personally wanted borders to be open in the sense that anyone can enter and exit The USA without paperwork, I tried to explain to him that would be impractical and could translated onto increasing human trafficking and drug smuggling.
It seems to me different people have different understandings of the concept.

Are you certain the universal healthcare in those countries is high quality? How many seniors (and others) get denied life-saving treatments and just die instead?
