Afaik the (non-XL) version of the GUI is just a wrapper around WinAMDTweak.exe but maybe there's something else as well. Since it's closed source we don't know. It doesn't response to /?, --help or any other standard call, it just opens the gui.

I found a solution to the problem.

The latest version of amdmemorytweak, it does not work for me.

if you take the version for May 21, everything works.
maybe someone will come in handy.
