Arsenal's mentality is still weak enough and it's not even good enough to pick this as a favorite club to win EPL. My choices will be on liverpool or manchester city. These clubs have a winning mentality and im sure the winner will be between these clubs.

Hmm in the case of De Bruyne, I wonder what will happen to Manchester city when this guy will finally retire as they are yet to get his perfect replacement
