Good Luck man, They falsely accused me of multiaccounting by showing my binance address transfers to other casinos when binance has a shared pool of address for their clients lol

I lost my case with their licensor when I never multiaccounted but it was only 1.8k$ so I gave up

IT's not a good idea to go through a licensor. Chances are slim to none of winning. CasinoGuru makes strange decisions. They rule against players blindly. AskGamblers and Casinoreviews are the best two places for resolution.

Yea I noticed after they responded that they showed evidence that I used the same "bitcoin" wallet for multiaccounting when I never used bitcoin on their page

I wish I knew before I went to their curacao licensor tbh My previous dispute with a licensor was with malta due to betsson froze my account with 5k$ but I won that dispute so I had confidence but oh well 1.8k$ is nothing in the long run to learn about how curacao licensor works
