Research on Smartmeme lead us to a startling conclussion. The project is being run by Rily Thompson aka Raloo from MergeX. MergeX was his 2nd failed project. Everyone lost 99% of their investments in both previous.

c0mpletemage is the online handle that Rily (Raloo from mergeX uses). The e-mail c0mpletemage@gmail.com is Rily’s e-mail address that has been used to registered other websites and services.
I can confirm with high confidence that it is his handle/e-mail for a number of reasons:

2) It is known that Rily previously had a project called TechGecko. That same project is also registered under that handle.

Shows that there are other projects and pages under that monicker also in the crypto space, and also techgecko as mentioned above.

So the reason why I suspect Smartmeme of either a) being Rily or b) being closely related to him is the following:
1) This publish0x account: https://www.publish0x.com/@c0mpletemage previously directed to a techgecko page which has now been changed to Smartmeme.

He also scammed early investors in this project "Synapse Trader" which he already deleted. You can still see the title of the replies is showing Synapse Trader

Do you know which region is he located? With that many evidences, a police report can be filed to catch him.
