You should be the second casino I have seen suspending the account of a user after a good win due to violation of your terms and conditions but what I don't understand is the reason you don't explain which part of your terms and conditions was violated. Could it be that the user tried to exploit a vulnerability in your system and you felt it will do more harm to you if such is divulged to the public? If not this, it would have been better to point to the section of your rules they violated so they can repent and will not hold anything against your company. have less than a week between the 2 withdraw i asked and i show all the bets i did so they dont have any reason
i use just 2 IP, never use vpn or anything else

and thats frustrating because i know some players who win 100k+++ in this bookies and never had issue to withdraw and thats why i open account even they dont have philippines licence.

Arbitrage betting is one thing they are considering as an abused to the casino. So regardless if you can provide betting slip doesn’t mean you automatically play clean since arbitrage betting involves different casino account to place bets with +EV result.

Casino has bonuses that can be abused by doing arbitrage betting. I’m not accusing but rather just giving you an idea about potential they are looking on your case. Different use same odds provider that determine connections between 2 account even from different casino.

2. for arbitrage we all know amount are not like the amount i bet. i bet only 6000-8000 kind of bets i never bets amount like 5045.58

but once again i want real reason why they terminate my account.
